соглашения по структуре данных, распределению регистров и операциям, выполняемым вызывающей программой для указания вызываемой программе объектов и значений, над которыми должны выполняться действия. В программировании существует несколько основных способов передачи параметров вызываемой функции, подпрограмме или процедуре, важнейшие из которых передача по ссылке (call by reference) и передача по значению (call by value). Число передаваемых параметров и их типы должны соответствовать объявлениям, сделанным в описании функции или процедуры.
